Shannon Johnson

- Owner. I have been in the building and glazing industry for 19 years. My experience includes plan take off, preparation of the submittals, creating a schedule of values, reviewing contract documents, scheduling, visiting jobsites to plot progress, addressing ASI’s, RFI’s, CPE’s, CFM’s and change orders. From ordering to managing and supervising the installations I am constantly thinking ahead to make sure we get the job done right the first time. I will always go the extra mile to make sure that our portion of your job runs as smoothly as possible. I am a solution oriented thinker so that if and when a problem does occur we are quick to solve it. Since the start of R&S in 2004 we have completed over 200 commercial projects and our business has continued to grow. I believe that this is because we partner with our clients to procure whatever glazing products they need then have them installed on the job promptly, professionally, and within budget.

Rick Johnson

- Co-Owner, Estimator and Project manager, started out as a union glazier and worked as a journeyman for 10 years. From there he moved into residential and small commercial estimating for 10 years. For the past 10 years he has been busy with commercial estimating and project managing. Because of his vast field experience and knowledge of glazing products, He can help you with your most complicated glazing specifications.

Laurén Ruth

- Office Manager, joined the R & S Glazing team in September 2006. Daughter of a 3rd generation brick mason, construction is in her blood. She holds over 20 years experience in office management with an emphasis in the building industry. Through managing our accounts payables/receivables, payroll, insurance, and contract administration, she makes sure the office flows smoothly and efficiently.

Craig Gauger

- Estimator & Project Manager Started with R & S Glazing Specialties in February 2006. He has 10 years experience in technology sales & project management. Originally focused on residential, he quickly gravitated toward and is enjoying the commercial estimating side of R & S Glazing Specialties, Inc. His professionalism and organizational skills will definitely keep you on target with your glazing schedule.

Steve Cole

- Your residential window & door specialist. With over 7 years of contractor and homeowner sales experience, Steve will be your personal window manager. He has had advanced product training in both Marvin & Andersen Windows. When you need pricing quick he can help! Need to meet at the job? No problem. His professionalism and product knowledge will be sure to help you avoid window pitfalls.

Ricci Middling

Ricci Middling - Journeyman (The Main Man), has been working with glass for the past 26 years. He started working at his uncles’ glass shop at the age of 15. He continued to grow and learn a diverse number of glazing systems and other residential window replacement techniques for the next 16 years in local glass shops. In 1999 he joined the Local 718 Glaziers Union and worked up until he became part of the R&S Family in 2005. He has been our BMOC ever since. Ricci has an excellent report with our General contractors out in the field. He is able to meet the demands of tight schedules and communicate and solve any issues that arise in the field by partnering with the superintendants instead of becoming their adversary. His experience out in the field is priceless and a tremendous part of our success and excellent reputation.
