R&S Glazing Specialties, Inc. is the North Bay leader in small glazing contracts. We are partners with our customers -- meeting their needs with high quality products and services. Rick Johnson, estimator and project manager, started out as a union glazier and worked as a journeyman for 10 years. From there he moved into residential and small commercial estimating for 10 years. For the past 5 years he has been busy with commercial estimating and project managing.
Shannon Johnson,
project manager and contract administrator, has been in the window industry for the past 13 years. She is experienced in all of the insurmountable amounts of paperwork generated by those public works projects. No more wondering if your glazing subcontractor is going to get you that important document you need to get paid. She also specializes in residential window estimating and specialty glass.
Laurén Kenner, executive assistant/contract administrator joined the R & S Glazing team in September 2006. Daughter of a 3rd generation brick mason, construction is in her blood. Although new to the window and glass industry, she holds over 20 years administrative assistant experience with both commercial and residential building construction.
Craig Gauger, estimator and project manager, started with R & S Glazing Specialties in February 2006. He has 10 years experience in technology sales & project management. Originally focused on residential, he quickly gravitated toward and is enjoying the commercial estimating side of R & S Glazing Specialties, Inc.
